  • Pork - 500 g
  • Pineapple - Bank 1
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Leeks and onions - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Potato starch - 1 tbsp


1. Carrots purify and diced leeks cut into rings, grind the garlic. If using onions, then Slice into half rings. Wash  Pork under water, were dried and cut into small pieces. In a frying pan warm up 2 tbsp olive oil or butter and fry the pork on all sides until golden brown.
