Ingredients:

  • Soft Cheese 125 g
  • Persimmon 1 piece
  • Water
  • Flax seeds 1 tsp


Preparation:

Smoothies are easy to satisfy hunger between meals or perfectly complement your breakfast. Persimmon is very sweet fruit, cottage cheese helps to reduce the sweetness. Also, curd comprises a protein, so that such a shake saturate better than normal fruit smoothie.
Beat all ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses. It turns 2 small or 1 large portions. This dessert is tastier if chill it in the refrigerator for one hour.
