Salmon with Pistachios recipe |
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillet (160 g)
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon grain mustard
- 30 g peeled ,chopped pistachios
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.Fish dry with paper towel. Put the fish skin side down on the foil (or parchment paper) laid on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard. Season each piece of fish.
Spread Pistachio evenly over the fish.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
Before serving, let rest for 5 minutes.
