Spaghetti with mushrooms in cream sauce |
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cream - 200 g
- Processed cheese - 1 pc
- Onions - 1 pc
- Garlic - 1-2 pieces.
- Salt, pepper, herbs
Preparation:
1. Boil Spaghetti in salted water.2.Cut Mushrooms into plates, fry with onions in a pan with vegetable oil and butter.
3. Grate processed cheese and add to the mushrooms.
4. Next add the cream, to keep up the fire until completely melted processed cheese. Turn off the gas, add to the sauce with salt, pepper and garlic squeezed.
5. Mix everything and add to the cooked spaghetti.
6. Stir, garnish with fresh herbs and serve. Optionally, all sprinkled with grated cheese.
