- Persimmon 1 piece
- Water
- Flax seeds 1 tsp
Preparation:
Smoothies are easy to satisfy hunger between meals or perfectly complement your breakfast. Persimmon is very sweet fruit, cottage cheese helps to reduce the sweetness. Also, curd comprises a protein, so that such a shake saturate better than normal fruit smoothie.Beat all ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses. It turns 2 small or 1 large portions.
