  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Sour cream - 1.25 cups
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Baking powder - 1 package
  • Cocoa - 2 tbsp.

For the cream:

  • Sour cream - 2.5-3 cup
  • Sugar - 2.5 cups


Knead the dough, divide into 2 parts. First add 1-1.5 cups of flour. In the second - 2 tsp cocoa and 1-1.5 cups of flour should get a soft dough that can be rolled in tortillas. Because each type of dough to roll out 4 tortillas and bake. Approximately 5-8 minutes. each. White cakes should redden a little, note the time and the same amount will bake brown cakes.
For the cream, mix sour cream with sugar and whisk. Ready-made cakes cool a bit, if you want to trim the excess (I put  usually my lid from the pan and cut off) and while they are still warm (not hot), immediately lubricate the cream, alternating white and chocolate cakes. Optionally, you can pour the finished cake with chocolate icing. Leave for a couple of hours on the table, to infiltrate.
